The intriguing Jacobean House that is Kiplin Hall is surrounded by the beauty and charm of the North Yorkshire countryside. Built in 1619 for the founder of Maryland, USA the house itself is brimming with history, packed full of furniture, portraits, paintings and objects, and has been through numerous changes over the years, including a gothic themed extension designed by the noted architect P.F. Robinson. You’ll see the real splendour of this venue once you head out into the garden. After you’ve enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in the tearoom you can visit the relaxing Rose Garden or stroll through The Peninsula Wood.
