Please note, you must visit Bateaux London first to collect your tickets. Make your way across the river to Embankment Pier for your cruise. Departure times vary depending on your vessel but will be between 11:30am and 11:45am and will be confirmed by the operator once your booking is made. The exact route depends on the tide times but you can expect to see most of the major Thames landmarks. During the cruise your lunch and tea or coffee will be served before you return to the pier when guests disembark. Your cruise will last approximately 90 minutes. A wine list is available on board but wine is not included in the package. The boat must keep to a strict timetable and so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel. Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You are advised to book well in advance for popular holiday dates and some celebration dates (e.g. Valentines Day) will not be available. Please be advised that; between January-March, bookings can be made Thursday-Saturday only between April-December bookings can be made Wednesday-Saturday only and between June-September bookings can be made Tuesday-Saturday only.
