Take this class and you'll be able to prepare top class cuts of meat in seconds flat! Your course begins as the master butcher gives an introductory briefing where you'll be given all the equipment you need for this course. Under expert tuition you will learn how to prepare either a succulent blade steak, loin of pork, a Banham chicken or a rack of lamb to a professional butcher's high standards. Best of all, after the course treat yourself by taking home the meat you have prepared, along with some delicious recipe ideas and a bottle of wine that matches the meat dish.
The evening session begins with an introduction and safety briefing. You will work from your own block around the central table in the butcher's shop. All necessary equipment, like a butcher's coat, chain mail glove and knives will be provided. You will use these to prepare either a rack of lamb, Banham chicken, a blade steak and a loin of pork. All meat worked on is yours to take home, along with recipes and a bottle of wine.
Your voucher is valid for ten months. This package is for one person. Minimum age is 18. This experience takes place monthly, on a Tuesday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Other classes may be arranged dependant on availability. All meat worked on during the class can be kept, along with a selection of recipes and a bottle of wine.Please note that you will either work on a rack of lamb, a Banham chicken, a blade steak or a loin of pork on the day of your experience.
