Returns Policy
We offer a simple No Quibble 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 30 days of receipt.
We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange
the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer,
postage costs on the original order are not refunded.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition otherwise no refund
can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own
proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is
damaged/faulty).
Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive
damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post
them back to us.
We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not
inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said
to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
Personalised Items There will also be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. Please refer to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Exceptions to the right to cancel
Experience Days Any returned Experience Day Vouchers will incur an administration cost of £15

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days of a refund being agreed.
