What happens on the day

On the day of your baby photoshoot you will be greeted at reception at your chosen venue and you will be introduced to your photographer. The photo shoot will take place and then you will have a chance to look through all of the photos taken on the day and choose your favourite to print. You will also be given the opportunity to purchase further photographs if you did not already pre pay for extras during the booking process. You’ll then be able to book in for your second baby photoshoot before you leave.

Need to know

• Minimum age - The first baby photoshoot must be booked before your child reaches the age of 18 months
• After your first baby photoshoot you will have up to 15 months to take your second, third and fourth photo shoot You should allow a minimum of 60 days between each sitting. 72 hours notice is required to cancel or alter your appointment time.
• There are no minimum or maximum weight restrictions.
• Please note - You will be asked to pay a £25 deposit by credit or debit card in order to make the booking. This will be refunded within 7 to 10 days of your experience. At this point you will also be given the opportunity to pre-order additional photos from your shoot at a discounted rate should you wish to do so.
• There will be a £5 charge for postage and packing of your photograph/s. This is to ensure that your photographs reach you safely and in perfect condition.
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to venue.
